A player of that stature/caliber have all championships as a goal.... it doesnt need to instantly be a championship caliber cast, it can grow upon there, they are patient.... but they NEED to see the steps taken towards that goal, they NEED to see that the organization is working very hard towards that goal before the patience is gone........ Lebron didnt see that in his 7th year, he saw the opposite..... Jordan however did see everything and more.....
    Stop riding on Lebron's d*** he took his talents to south beach.
