You sound great, nothing amateur about your flow or sound. I hear some other guys out trying to make it and they just sound so unpolished and crummy, that's not you. You have the tools to do this and that's more than half the battle.

My complaint is that I still don't know what separates you from anyone else. I have no sense of your personality or unique voice (again, I mean voice like the voice from within not the sound your mouth makes). The first lines are "everybody sucks, I f*cked your girl, I've got a 40 oz, I'm in a cadillac

Pretty much what LD said. You sound good on the track, have good flow and I don't feel like I'm listening to some amateur rapper. There's nothing wrong with it but there's also nothing that sets this apart from a lot of other tracks I've heard.

You do sound like you have a lot of potential though. If this was all I heard of a tape, I'd give the rest of it a listen. Stuff is getting a lot better man.
