I've been farting and every time I release, or try to, shit squirts out. Stomach kind of hurts, been taking pepto, drinking water, everything. Been about a week. Scared to see the doctor. Any fast cures to this?

Feel bad for my parents washing my laundry seeing shit stains on my draws.
