Default Miami's plan of letting Wade heal during the season resulted in this :

The 2nd greatest Shooting Guard to ever play in the National Basketball Association. He makes the game look so easy, and when he is healthy, he is unstoppable.

Even this 32 year old version of Wade.....simply amazing.

For all of you who were calling for Wade's funeral during the regular season... you were wrong.

the Heat were right to do so, but ask Lebron what he could do right now if he had as much rest as Wade. it's like entering a marathon after 3/4 of the race. it`s easy to look great then.

I would say the rest hurt Wade just as much as it is helping him now. Sure Wade has looked great in this series, but against Charlotte and Brooklyn he was very underwhelming. Many people speculated it was because he was out of shape due to not playing more than 2 games per week after the All Star break, and that theory makes sense. Seems like Wade is getting back in shape at the perfect time though, as the Heat didn't need him as much in the earlier rounds.

Wade had better peak years than kobe in my opinion but kobe is the 2nd best SG of all time over wade by a good margin because his prime lasted a lot longer. kobe's longevity makes it very clear.
also, Wade should opt out and sign a 10-12 mil an year contract given that his injuries would only get worse and he would need to sit at least 30 games in regular season just to play well in playoffs which would make it very hard for rest of the team because rotation changes are very hard when you star player sits out 1 out of every 3 games.

kobe had a better career period. not even possible to argue otherwise

Those Kobe stans would really be backed into a corner if that happens. Right now they claim Lebron's rings are basically meaningless because he plays alongside a former Finals MVP, but if Wade ties Kobe in rings watch them try to diminish Wade into a worthless sidekick who was carried to 4 rings by Lebron.
    Either way Kobe stans lose!

It's crazy that Wade could be a 4-time champion after this season.

That could have been reality if Lebron didn't sabotage the 2011 finals.
