I need help, family issue

Gonna make this sorta short.

My sister has been really disrespectful to us for months now, disrespectful to my mom to the point where my mom cried & had our relatives call her. My dad called me, & there, my mom was crying because of that ungrateful selfish bitch.

As for her, there's no way in hell to break into her stupid brain. She's a minor/teenager, she tends to act tough in situation like this because she knows I can't hit her. So, if I can't hit her, then I'm going to kick her boyfriend's ass.

Her boyfriend is the same age as me, he's a trouble maker.

My question is now, when I beat his ass, can I get sent to jail for it? Because, if I do, it's still gonna be my mom's problem & I don't want that. I live in MD at the moment.

I already texted him that he can't come over unless she apologizes to my mom. End of story. I've had enough of this.

I'm feeling sorry for him because his mom passed away last week & that's rough. But this is my mom now.
