CONCACAF and CONMOBEL you need to battle not just the other team, but extreme weather, insane fans that throw beercans and piss AND ridiculous altitude conditions. Really gives American teams the experience needed for this kind of tournament.
In Europe the conditions of the field, the weather and attitude of the fans is too clean and perfect. Makes it difficult for Europeans to struggle with adversity like American teams do every single qualifying match.

The US absolutely destroyed a world class Ghana team, and has Portugal literally shitting their pants in fear, and considering forfeiture entirely. And that doesn't even take into account the way the rest of the Americas have styled on teams in the tournament so far.
Meanwhile Spain and England are literally the laughing stock of the tournament, like a jester in the stocks at town center.
It's not even close. America > The rest, with USA leading the way, as usual.
