Anyone have any ideas? I'm trying to stop cause it's a waste of time and shit.

Plus I know if I stop now I'll be able to "get it up" on the drop of a dime as opposed to having erectile dysfunction and shit when I'm older.

Plus the testosterone boost among not making a mess and shit lol.

So how do I stop?

I know that cold showers can increase testosterone among providing other benefits, but how can cold showers make me not want to fap?

Ease into it. Start with 3 days. Then 5. Then a week. Then 2 weeks. Then 3. Then a month.

Goal setting will create motivation. Sure you can no fap, but why not try setting a more important goal. Maybe avoid caffeine. Or no fast food. If you work aim to save x amount of dollars. If you are in school aim for a high gpa. If you want a car devise a plan to get one. Everything comes from sacrifice, but you gain something with other goals translating into other areas of your life, but with no fap you just dont jizz.
