How to stop fapping?

I tried to stop about 2 weeks ago. I got up to day 4 or 5. Then I went to a site that had porn ads. It was basically over from that moment. I can go up to 2 days pretty easily but I really want to quit for 3 weeks at least.

One thing I read is that if you are going to tap don't do it with so much pressure. I think the brain needs to get used to not having your d*ck feel like it's being choked to death when you're watching porn.
