The Leprechaun movies.

Most horror flicks try to hard to be 'dark' and 'broody' and it usually ends up cringe worthy (like the f*cking Leprechaun reeboot that's coming out ). Liked how those movies never took themselves seriously and were straight comedy gold.

For me it's waterworld

When I saw Waterworld I didn't even know everyone thought it was bad. I liked it. It wasn't a masterpiece but I thought it was a decent movie. I think the budget was more of the issue than the quality of the film. $172 million in 1995 - adjusted for inflation that is $268 million dollars. The second most expensive film ever made and it was Waterworld.. I don't think the end result was worth that much money.

That's a pretty big cult classic. I feel like most people who actually watch it have a pretty idea that they will like it, and then up doing so. But yes, critics and the general public would not like it.

Brothers Solomon is one that comes to mind. Probably because I'm a much bigger Will Forte fan than the average person.

Also, Let's Go to Prison.
