Default Top to bottom, the lakers have the best backcourt in the NBA by far

    Point Guards:
    1) Jeremy Lin
    2) Kendall Marshall
    3) Steve Nash

    Shooting Guards:
    1) Kobe Bryant
    2) Nick Young
    3) Xavier Henry (if he comes back)

Elite scorers in kobe and young, elite passing in kobe, marshall and nash, all good three point shooters except marshall and lin but both are still average, tough defenders in kobe, lin and henry and nash is a great charge taker... lakers are one decent big man away from being a darkhorse in the tough west

Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Andre Iguodala, and Shaun Livingston send their regards.

thompson and iggy are nothing but names, livingston is an average point guard, and decent backup, thompson is too inconsistent and doesnt do anything but score and iggy has regressed immensely last year after his injury

    Byron Scott will get hired.

They were just holding out during the Melo/Lebron sweepstakes

Lin is decent. Marshall is meh. Nash won't play. Kobe will be a shadow of his former self. Nick Young has always been terrible

Kobe's not an elite passer. Nash has one foot in the grave. Nick young is a one dimensional scorer. Kendall Marshall is an excellent passer, but can do nothing else. Jeremy Lin is decent. Xavier Henry has nice potential. Overall, not the best backcourt in the league.

Westbrook by himself will probably be better than Kobe next year. Not to mention if Lamb actually takes his head out of his ass and plays. Reggie Jackson would start at PG for the Lakers.
