i don't like long term goals. I set up short term goals for the next 1-2 years.
so my goals for the next 1-2 years are:
-settle down and finally have a meaningful relationship
-take my career to the next level, which would lead to buying a house a few years afterwards
-hitting 655 pound deadlift for 2
-squatting 500 pound for 2
-lean bulk to 250 pounds
every one of those i have already started and have been doing for a few months now. Hoping for the best.
