    What do you do for a living? How much do you weigh and what do you deadlift and squat for 2 reps now?

    i'm a software developer/engineer, been working for close to 2 years now, by january.

    i currently weigh around 220-225. I want to be 250 in 1-2 years without gaining much more fat.

    right now i deadlift 545x2. and squat 345 x2, i'm a bad squatter so really working on that.
