No doubt. It's sad that Hollywood can't come up with any original ideas and takes the easy way out by buying the rights to old tv shows, comic books and video games.

It's the same people from that did Pirates of the Carribean, so it may be an alright big budget popcorn movie.
I couldn't get into the last game at all.

preview looks bad, but the preview for the first pirates movie made it look stupid too plus this got gemma arterton in it, probably ill see it an be pleasantly surprised, we have to hope this doesnt make alot of money though otherwise we got another crappy trilogy on our hands

Yea, FF wasn't bad, it was kinda on the wave with the rise of animated titles, in 3d. Shrek was around that time so I think FF got a lot of good reviews because it looked better than shrek. Originally Posted by LJJ
