I'm starting to think that I need to quit watching porn. It's summertime out and girls are wearing half their clothes, and 99% of the time i'm point blank checking girls out and thinking some real nasty $hit. Now i know we're human, and a man will be a man, but i'm starting to think porn is seriously altering my perception of women and i need stop watching it. I know theres lots of studies on this, but it finally hit me that it's had an effect on me personally and i don't like it anymore. I used to feel guilty after watching porn a long time ago, now i don't really give a shit but i think that was the change and the problem now.

Some people get so addicted to porn that regular porn starts to become nothing to them, so they keep moving up the ladder in terms of extremities until they are getting off to gay porn and end up gay.

No lol, I decided I wanted to quit fapping before really knowing about the fuss about this "No Fap" shit. I was just feeling unmotivated and unproductive as hell. I just decided to google it and it turns out there are tons of studies about it and tons of people who report nothing but positives when they quit fapping.

That being said the longest I quit for during my "No fap" commitment was like 5 days before starting up again. I've cut down my fapping considerably though, probably by like 50%. I feel like a cigarette addict or something, shit sucks.

When did you start watching porn? Started off with shitty magazines, horribly bad quality short videos, and late night girls gone wild commericals. Dunno really. Probably like at age 10

How often a week? Entering teenage years it was like at least once a day every day when I got back home. Felt like part of the daily routine. I'm not really into it as much now, though I sometimes fall into these phases where I get obsessed with it for like a weekend before being bored by it for a long period of time.

I'm going to phase porn out. I watch at least 4-5 times a week. I watch way more now since i started getting serious about my life and the frequency of lays have gone WAY down.
