I dont know if I'd credit it to graceful aging or if its something else related to features. An asian person can be 18 or 35 and its hard to tell how old they really are for some reason. This is true of India Indians as well as Japanese, Chinese, etc.

They look younger though. From what you said it looks like you might mistake an 18 yr old for 35, that's not common. I'd say my wife looks somewhere between high 20's, low 30's at 41. Works for me.
