3. Negotiated with terrorists to secretly sell weapons to Iran, using the proceeds to fund different terrorists in Nicaragua (in violation of a law that he himself had signed)

4. Reagan sells arms to Iraq even though it is public knowledge that Iraq is using chemical weapons

5. Reagan supported some absolutely brutal dictators, including Manuel Noriega and Saddam Hussein .
