I really think Blake can end up being one of the best to utilize the backboard.
Duncan is clearly the Alpha Dog for me though, on this list.

Derrick Rose used to be so nice using the backboard when going for layups.

Tim Duncan is the obvious answer...at least among current/recent players.
Possible homer HM here but Kyrie is pretty amazing at using the glass, on both layups and mid-range jumpers.
