    That's what I'd like to see. I want to see other nations becoming more competitive like Spain for example.

    I want to see the talent spread evenly across the world and play in the NBA.

    I'd also like to see the draft changed so it doesn't reward tanking. Maybe a system which rewards an improvement on the team's previous year. So, if you got 20 wins one year, then 30 wins the next, you get a higher draft pick? I don't know, but something along those lines...

    The rims are raised 5 feet higher for a total height of 15 feet in overtimes.
