Bulls fans, what do you think about Gasol so far?

He seems rejuvenated in a new environment. He is soft defensively, lacks any kind of leaping ability, and given his size finishes plays really weakly for my tastes. But overall still a very intelligent, skillful player.

Pau has been better than I expected....and I expected him to be very good. His defense has been great....Thibs was praising it not long ago.

Hes blocking/altering shots more than I remember him doing before.

Pau has been one of the best 10 players or so in the first 10+ games. He's been that good for this Bulls team.


He has a lot of things going for him he didn't his last few seasons in LA. Noah next to him is huge, and you can tell Pau feels great having Thibs as his coach and guys like Butler, Taj, and Kirk who are badasses and show emotion and play relentlessly. Pau gets to have the offense run through him enough with or without Rose on the court too.

I absolutely love this signing even more now than I already did. I know there will be ups as downs, but Carlos Boozer is gone and that's as important as anything. It's like upgrading from a Toyota to a Benz. Paus that much better than Booz on both sides of the ball.

I love Gasol on this Bulls team. He is so much better than boozer its not even funny. Just the difference in individual defense is night and day.
