Default Items that you purchase off-brand/generic

Bleach. A 16oz bottle of Clorox is still more expensive than a gallon of the off-brand stuff, but i really can't tell the difference. My white tees still come out like Rose McGowan's skin tone.

    Sugar

    Canned vegetables

I really couldn't name them all. Dish soap, sugar, canned foods, just for starters.

I used to believe that. I've tried other brands just to save a few cents and those suds would go flat in a matter of minutes. For me, it's all about the "Dawn"

I use name brand for dishwasher soap, but if I'm doing it by hand, off-brand seems to work fine for me.

You gotta get the Laker brand toilet paper. That cheap stuff is no good.

Why are you eating canned vegetables?

Because they are quick and easy. I don't eat them that much anyway. Plus, my sodium intake/blood pressure is low so the preservatives have no effect on me regardless.

thought the point of this thread was to put cheaper alternatives then you say canned vegetables which are more expensive than fresh ones by a huge margin

That's funny because I don't have to open a can when I have my vegetables. Seems a little quicker and easier. Plus, they don't taste like shit. So I've got that going for me.

I don't know what the **** you're trying to say about preservatives and blood pressure.

Umm, NO. The point of this thread was to put cheaper alternatives to NAME BRANDS. Generic canned vegetables in comparison to "Green Giant" and "Del Monte."
