    Rockets to be honest, according to the majority of fans...

    Before the season, Rockets were going to miss the playoffs.

    Currently, Rockets are like the 6-7th best team in the West.

    2nd round at best, not underrated. Bulls are also underrated, they are legit contenders if healthy.
