    Default Will the Knicks go after JR Smith in free agency?

    Now that theyve traded him, they'll be free to pursue him as a free agent should he opt out.

    Do you see the Knicks pushing hard to get him back in the blue and orange once again?


    He's obviously a knicks kind of guy, and is all about doing things "The Knick Way." I think personally this would be a really good fit.

    What do you think? Should/will Knicks make an effort to land Smith next offseason?

    Why would he not opt out? He'll be on a one year deal, when he could potentially secure a new four year deal with the knicks.

    Nah, he would be an idiot to opt out. Wouldn't get more than vet min at this point unless he goes to cleveland and becomes scottie pippen.
