    NBA has yet to have an outdoor game.

    It would just make the games worse... basketball is not football. Football lends itself well to weather factors, basketball does not.

    Not those kind of conditions but dry as you would play outside. NHL does it too.

    So the pro level is meant strictly indoors like bowling and..? Think of another sport that is played indoors exclusively.

    Basketball is an indoor sport, streetball is an unofficial form that is convenient for the amateur players. How about having NFL games on tarmac like cycling see how players deal with tackling and getting taclked on asphalt.
