I'd say Heat fans but Seahawks fans actually try to give themselves the moniker of the "12s" which sounds pathetic so I'd rank them above

Heat fans from 2011-2014 are way worse. But half of the Heat fans from 2011-2014 are gone now anyway and became Cavs fans.
