the top player as in westbrook would be the one taken away. Without westbrook, okc isn't competitive (see 2013 playoffs).

Cavs, they'd still have 3 all stars. Although one of them is the ultimate choke artist it's not like they'd be relying on him to score in the clutch when you still got Love/Smith. They lose the clutchness and leadership of Kyrie but they'd have more all stars than any other team in the league even with him gone.
