    Well...seeing as there are also forums on the deep web where pedophiles openly discuss who/how/where to rape children and get away with it, it's not surprising that stuff like that is out there. Then again, the deep web is NOTHING but illegal activity. I think something like 30% of all illicit drugs in the US are purchased on the deep web, which is absolutely crazy seeing as you literally buy them online and have them shipped to your door via USPS.
