Chris Webber when he went to the Sixers...he was still decent overall and hadn't completely fallen off...but he was just a terrible fit there.

If we're going by career, probably Ricky Davis. Gifted athlete with some decent ball skills, but never bought into team ball and straight up wasn't good enough to one-man army his team for long stretches.
