Will Ballmer eventually fire Doc?
this guy is the richest guy in the freaking country. You think he will eventually get tired of losing and get rid of Doc, and try and get the best coach out there?

Bill Gates owns the Clippers?

Not anytime soon. He just got a ridiculous contract.

Re: Will Ballmer eventually fire Doc?
He needs to keep his 'street cred' with the social media/liberal mainstream community by keeping an incompetent negro in a critical role.

It's true though. Doc Rivers literally is an incompetent negro coach. Whats racist about the statement?
The only reason he still has a job and Del Negro (the true negro) got fired is due to the colour of his skin.

It was a joke. You didn't get it because you actually are racist.

Doc is not incompetent but there's an element of truth to this.
CP3 wanted a black coach, they hired a black coach. After the Sterling debacle the league put a black dude in interim charge of the team, and I remember the dude slurping Doc so hard and I'm pretty sure that was when Doc was allowed to take over as President of operations and all that.
Ballmer may actually be hesitant to ever can Doc due to lingering memory of the Sterling issue. The league probably wants the Clippers to remain a "black paradise" as long as possible to make sure everyone gets the message they'r super anti-racist and nobody is allowed to be racist in this league except for blacks. Gotta keep liberal fans happy.
This is what happens when you hire based on skin color instead of just on merit. Every time now when an employee at a business says something even quasi-"racist" the company has to basically go into a self-imposed affirmative action times 100. Which is great for black folks, maybe not so good for the company. Funny tho how racism is one of the leading causes of blacks getting jobs. Once they have them then they can hire other black people for being black. Cool world. Makes lots of sense.

I wasn't even establishing causation nor correlation. Doc's incompetence and negroid complexion may perfectly well be mutually exclusive but the fact of the matter is that he is an incompetent negro.

Of course, Ballmar is a prototypical Baby Boomer. The dude needs to pretend his financial worth is even remotely genuinely earned and legitimate by trying to be a 'man of the people' and appealing to the liberal mainstream.
