I think either another 2 rings or another fMVP puts him in there, probably thee 6-10 range. Though in terms of 'greatness' going by accolades, he should probably be ahead of Hakeem, but I can't really say either way cuz the only Hakeem I saw was the washed up one with the Raptors.

He is definitely above Hakeem and Kobe
Shaq may be a little above him but if Lebron wins this year he is comfortably above him and in the Duncan/Bird/Magic discussion
