A better electoral Map
NY Times is trying out an electoral map where the size of the state is determined by their electoral votes/population and not by they geographic size.
I think this approach makes a lot sense. Alaska is enormous, but it doesn't really matter much in elections, because it doesn't have very many electoral votes. Texas is giant too, but it has many more electoral votes, so it matters more, so it's bigger.
It also indicates that both Maine and Nebraska award their electoral votes at the congressional district level, not the state level. This comes into play if we ever have a super close election or a tie.

Re: A better electoral Map
The latest polls from this morning have Trump at 47% and Clinton at 40% by the way.
Also, Trump is currently up +3 in Ohio, I don't know where you got that map from.
Under budget and ahead of schedule.

I like this because you still get a sense of Midwest, South, Northeast, and you see the value of each state towards 270.

You mean kinda like 538 has been doing on its election forecast?
Am I supposed to be impressed by the NY Times doing this? It's not some innovative thing in terms of visual representation of data.

False bravado and hiding your head in the sand won't stop reality.

Have you heard of the #DNCwalkout and #DemExit?
Maybe not, the mainstream media is refusing to cover it.

It's hillarious how bad he is at trying to hide his shilling. Dude tries so hard to craft his posts objectively but everyone can see the agenda he is pushing.

If you find this very hard to read, you may want to see a physician or mental health specialist.
