Default Let's talk Warriors vs. Memphis

Most exciting aspect of it IMO:

Conley and Tony Allen defending Curry and Thompson That would be a hell of a thing to see.

How do you see it going down? Warriors don't look that great right now, despite that crazy win. If they went down 20 to any other team in the West, they would have lost that game easily. A defensive rebound alone would have saved them that game.

    Conley vs. Curry
    TA vs. Klay
    Randolph vs. Green
    Gasol vs. Bogut

Amazing matchups right there. Who even cares about Courtney lee and Barnes?

I think the Grizzlies are entirely capable of pulling off an upset here. If the Warriors play like they have against the Pelicans, it will happen. Memphis will slow the game down and take the crowd out of a little bit. Tony Allen and Conley are good enough to keep the splash brothers down a LITTLE BIT.

I'm not saying I'd put my money on the Grizzlies, but it'd be a great matchup. Could see it going to 7, and could see it being anyone's series.

All Steph needs is a half assed screen to get his daylight, Klay can shoot directly over Allen. Grizz match up pretty well with GS but the Warriors have too much talent and firepower.

I could see Tony absolutely abusing Klay on the defensive end. This is one of only defenders alive that can slow down KD.

    Klay Thompson? No f*cking consest.

Grizzlies aren't that great either, Blazers are simply dreadful.

People are worried about the Warriors offense, but what about the Grizzlies offense? I think they will struggle badly against the Warriors defense.

Easier to comment after the first game or two.. but home court helps a lot. If Grizz can steal one in GS, the series comes alive.

On paper the Grizzlies matchup well vs the Warriors, but lets not forget Golden State basically stomped on Memphis in their final 2 meetings of the season, Bogut & D. Green are good defenders for Gasol & Z-Bo, and if Golden State catches fire how will Memphis respond since they lack offense & 3 point shooting. Believe it or not the Pelicans have a better offense than Memphis.
