A few things that stand out:

--Despite being down 0-2 and 76% likely to lose their 1st round series against the Grizz, Blazers are actually just slightly more favored to win the chip than the Grizz.

--Toronto is down 0-2 and 74% likely to lose in the 1st round, but they are more than 4x as likely as the Wizards to win the chip.

--Hawks have almost 2x as likely as the Bulls to win the chip.

Now, I assume these seemingly WTF? odds are probably because the 2nd round matchups would be different for winners of the Mem/Por and Tor/Wiz series, but it's still kinda interesting...
