Dwane Casey expected to return next season
per Marc Stein
Masai Ujiri is scheduled to have a post-season talks tomorrow and expected to discuss about this subject.
It seems like the blame will be dropped on certain players. Probably James Johnson?

They're gonna blame JV for his lack of 4th quarter impact.

A collapse like that is on the coach.
The reason is that he never adjust to things that clearly arent working offensively and defensively. I noticed it in the regular season, in the playoffs, that is a death sentence.

Re: Dwane Casey expected to return next season
How long is his contract? Raptors probably just don't want to pay two coaches.

i don't believe it
i believe masai is too smart and knows too much about basketball to not fire casey who clearly was a big part of the sweep
as for stein claiming the financial issues, even with a new practice facility/d league team i'm sure mlse has more than enough money to pay casey for 3 years which i'm sure is not a lot of money

Neither do I. It's obvious that we need a coaching change.

Financial woes are not something MLSE is concerned about, I assure you that. These f*ucks constantly gouge us, while laughing their asses off to the bank. Most expensive playoff tickets in the first round. For this product? F*uck outta here...

agreed, but thats why a lot of people say that they do care about money
if they can only pay 1 coach, and have the most expensive playoff tickets and sell out, why bother also paying another

Bingo.
Honestly, the best way to force MLSE to get better players is by voting with your wallet;
Don't go to the games.
