This GS team is certainly dominant, but they aren't an All-time great team. Just like when Dallas won around 67 games, they weren't legendary either. It all comes down to your two best players.
GS has Curry and Thompson.
Miami has James and Wade.
Lakers had Shaw and Kobe.
Big difference.
I would personally pick Diesel/Kobe as the Lakers two best players
but Shaw was good too

Clearly one of the most loaded teams ever, truly a GOAT team.
so much wrong with this
dude had the nerve to bring up a guy who has played in 5 games and averaged 3 points per game

3-peat lakers, 05/07 spurs, 11/12 heat were better imo. (any team with a prime Shaq or prime TD tbh)

Its not the Mavs at all...

They are clearly better than the Mavs, but i meant it in a sense of this being a single season team that caught fire in the RS. Even though they have a good chance to win a title, they really aren't an all-time great team. Spurs probably would have smoked them, a healthy Cleveland also would have had a great chance.

Re: Going by stats the Warriors are the best team the NBA has seen in the last 18 years
They might be the most dominant statistically, but I can think of a handful of teams in the last 15 years I'd pick to beat them in a series.
'01 Lakers
'12 Heat
'08 Celtics
'05 or 14 Spurs

People are the opposite of caught in the moment here, another phenomenon.... GSW seriously dominated one of the best conferences ever, could win the title now.

They could very well win the title. The question is not if they are a really good team, but the argument being put forth is that they may be the best team since the Jordan era.
They are other teams that were better.

you brought up David Lee..
who has played in 5 games and averages 3 point per game yet you listed him a "top 20 ppg scorer, 6th man"
he's not the 6th man dip shit.. he doesn't even play
considering you know much so much about the Warrios.. you'd think you'd know this
and Bogut as the best defender in the NBA..?

2016 Thunder will destroy them

Oh, who the **** bolds Bogut and talks about Lee
Anyway, all its supposed to say is that he's a great deal to come off the bench... chill, idiot.

How can one tell?
They've easily, according to all statistics been an ATG team... its pretty undeniable imo, especially factoring in competition.
