Why don't they make spots 1-14 a whole lottery and stop teams from only going 3 spots back at worse? It would be more rewarding to teams that aren't trying to tank and would help middle of the road teams who are stuck in mediocrity reach the next level instead of rewarding scrub teams.

Philly will probably tank for another 5 years..

It will be really hard to tank with a more mature Noel stuffing the paint. Embiid, who has been compared by many experts to the Dream himself, will join him. And now, Russel or Mudiay will be in our back court.

And oh btw, we have Saric joining him next season with maybe 3-4 more 1st rounders in next season's draft. Add developing role players Covington, Grant, and Wrotten, and you get the idea.

I would hope they add a few vets and some decent FA and actually try and compete..
I'm actually very interested to see how embiid goes..
