this is Cousy in real time:
I don't know why that clip gets hate. Look how low to the ground he's dribbling that thing. And he got a dude to bite on a little hip fake. Back then they were stricter about carries, so you were more limited in the moves you could pull

Only on this forum do I see people that truly don't understand sports.
Right now, heavyweight boxing is in a pathetically weak era. Big dudes growing up just don't really want to be boxers anymore (better sports options/money) so the # of people entering the sport is just less. Weak level of talent. The very top guys like Wladimir would probably still be good to great in any era. However, the rest of the fighters (the other 99.5%) would just be awful and not last very long in the pros.
Same with Wilt's era. Him and Russell may still be great in this era (who truly knows), but the rest of the people he played against would not be. Simple logic...the best 1% (really less than that) of anything (genius level) transcends time. Albert Einstein would be a genius in this era too. However, the other 99% is simply a result of the available talent pool + resources + exposure. The other 99% of the NBA is significantly better now than it was in Wilt's era.
"But the rest of the people he played against would not be"
You're trolling right? Get a list of the top 10 centers of the 50s, 60s, and early 70's and specifically name who would, or wouldn't make the cut today

Congrats, you're a retard.

As I got off the elevator, all I could see was the hallway filled with women -- tall ones, short ones, every color, every shape you could think of, and they were lined up outside his room and down the hall.
I made my way through the crowd and just as I got to his room, the door opened and there was Wilt. And all I heard him say was one word: 'Next.'
