Re: Vegan Men Have HIGHER Levels of Testosterone
What sort of veganism do you follow? Dr. McDougall's low fat high starch diet? Raw veganism? Fruitarian? Asian style rice, noodles, and tofu? If it's all of the above, what do you eat the most?
I'm a raw vegan chef and can bust out some bomb ass gourmet shit. I prefer raw foods when it comes to vegan cuisine, but you have to watch out with eating too many nuts. When I eat cooked vegan food I end up gorging on too much rice, pasta, potatoes, and the such. My brain doesn't have a shut off stop mechanism when eating these things.
I prefer a balanced raw omnivore approach to diet. Raw meat, raw veggies, and raw fruit.

Re: Vegan Men Have HIGHER Levels of Testosterone
It's mostly bloodflow bro for erections.
Keep in mind a lot of these "Carnivores" also likely neglect cardio, consume beer (STRAIGHT UP ESTROGEN. FACT.) and consume meat injected with all the bovine growth hormones.
But abstaining from animal flesh; a known source of saturated fat, plenty of vitamins, ZINC, and cholestoral that is a predecssor to the hormone? No thanks.
As NorCaliblunt mentioned, a combination of raw meats and lots of vegetables some whole grains might be best.

Re: Vegan Men Have HIGHER Levels of Testosterone
Saturated fats from animal meat/flesh SIGNIFICANTLY RAISE LDL which has been shown to have a DIRECT relationship towards the onset of Cardiovascular diseases/CHD/etc. It has also shown to have a relationship with PLAQUE size, that clogs arteries and inhibits blood flow. This is why meat eaters have weaker erections when compared to their higher testosterone vegan men.
Relation Between Progression and Regression of
Atherosclerotic Left Main Coronary Artery Disease and Serum
Cholesterol Levels as Assessed With Serial Long-Term (>12
Months) Follow-Up Intravascular Ultrasound
Background—The relation between serum lipids and risk of coronary events has been established, but there are no data
demonstrating directly the relation between serum low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and high-density
lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol versus serial changes in coronary plaque dimensions.
Conclusions—There is a positive linear relation between LDL cholesterol and annual changes in plaque size, with an LDL
value of 75 mg/dL predicting, on average, no plaque progression. HDL cholesterol shows an inverse relation with annual
changes in plaque size.
