They are getting fined 2500 per hour.

Da **** is wrong with you? They have the right intentions but the wrong execution plan. Them hanging off the bridge isn't going to make that ship suddenly stop moving. It will draw some attention/coverage on the issue(maybe thats their plan?) but they will soon be seen as the crazy people who hang off the bridge and people will forget their true intention.
