ISH help me learn to cook healthy food
I have nothing to do for the next 3 months. I want to learn to cook healthy meals. In general, this means no added sugar.
I still don't really get what added sugar is so i'd prefer an ingredient list/meals that fit this. Also, trying to reduce overall body inflammation.
Looking to get down 10 meals I can make consistently/well/delicious.
Not looking for snacks/garbage. Real actual meals/ingredients for delicious living.
Meal 1: 2 eggs, whole wheat toast, organic butter, and half an avocado.
Drank: Decaff organic whole bean coffee.

buy pesto, flatten chicken breast and add the pesto to it with some lemon juice. cook it then by baking it at 200C for 25min. Eat it with brownrice. it takes like 30 min to make this.

Lol yep. I'm about to give up. I have no idea what most of this stuff is and none of it sounds very easy to make.

You dont have to do a bunch of elaborate stuff for good healthy meals.
Personally I enjoy baking sweet potatoes, and when theyre nice n soft you cut em down the middle and spread em apart, drizzle some white truffle olive oil, add parmesan cheese and black olives. It's filling, nutrient rich, tasty, and inexpensive.
Try it out.

Either you're lying, or not using real truffle oil

Anyway, you can find a lot of good stuff.
Buy a good cookbook that has some introductory stuff in it. Cooks Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen is good for technique, but their recipes can be a bit heavy some times.

No added sugar as in refined sugar? There are plenty of products that add sugar and still be healthy. Just as there are many products that appear healthy but add refine sugar.
Example: Your whole wheat bread could have added refines processed sugar.
Whereas you can have spelt waffles made with agave syrup and have it with organic maple syrup and it would be considered healthy

season chicken overnight with seasonings, olive oil, garlic, and onion. Put them on the grill for about 5 minutes and it's delicious. You can grill some veggies at the same time in seasoning with a bit of olive oil on them or just do some corn on the cobb.

I use real truffle oil currently, because I was given a bottle by a friend who got it in some gourmet gift basket he received from a client and didnt want it. Otherwise I would be using regular olive oil, which is not too expensive. Obviously OP can use whatever floats his boat, but there are certainly inexpensive options for preparing the entree I was referring to.

Do you intentionally come off as a dumbass? Maybe your american pesto is shit, but pesto itself is healthy. And besides, you are using a spoon of it to cover chicken... you use salt and pepper for chicken dont you? How much salt do you actually use to give it flavour?
furthermore, even that site you provided has the same pesto chicken recipe fucktard
