If you look solely at Pau's NBA career, I guess you could call him a questionable candidate. I'm not sure whether it's semantics that I'm arguing at this point but that does seem to underrate his career a bit. I'd call him "probable", but, whatever.. I get your point.

However, his international success will put him over the top. He was the leader of a dominating Spanish team that could stand its own against USA.

He also just had, perhaps, a top3 FIBA performance of all time in the semi-final against France. At the age of 35... He'll get in.

People forget it's a TEAM sport and Pau is a great teammate so he would get my vote. I'm not sure he is 3rd behind Duncan and KG over the last 10 years. Amare,Bosh, Dirk might have something to say about that.

If Odom gets in than guys like Richard Jefferson should get in. This is a silly question. There are many guys that were all stars and had very good careers but are not HoF. That's suppose to be for the creme de la creme.
