Outside of Rivers and Gentry, I don't think Black coaches have an offensive system.

People think ; black people more athletic than white people and white people smarter than black people , that's laughable .

A lot of shitty coaches of all colors. Only a small handful of nba coaches who have had success. Most of these happen to be white.

I think Mark Jackson got a raw deal and honestly I think Derick Fisher is going to turn out well eventually. I think Avery Johnson got a raw deal as well.

And hey Coach Duncan is doing pretty well for himself as well.

First off, only a handful of NBA coaches, in NBA history, have all the rings. Those coaches would happen to be Phil Jackson, Pat Riley, Gregg Popovich, and Red Auerbach. These coaches have pretty much all the rings.

That's only 4 guys out of how many coaches black, white or whatever? That tells me it's not a matter of ethnicity, which is a stupid assumption to begin with, but it's more of these guys having something unique.

Is it knowing Xs and Os better? Or, maybe it's managing the personnel better. Or, maybe it's hiring the right assistants. Or, maybe it's having the right kind of drive and motivation to do anything to win. Whatever it is, these four guys have excelled passed the rest no matter the race.

It's not race that transforms some high school coach to an all time great coach like a Pat Riley. It's a combination of having a unique set of skills that only 4 people in the entire NBA history have managed to have. As stated above those guys are Phil Jackson, Pat Riley, Gregg Popovich, and Red Auerbach.
