We're living in the Twilight Zone, folks. The Twilight Zone.

The theory is that in the past 10 years or so Syria(and the whole region I suppose) has experienced significant droughts and lack of rain. This led to farmers crops being devastated which made them lose their income and ultimately led to unrest and mass protest..
Climate change will cause mass migrations in parts of Africa. If you think the current situation is bad wait until 50 million poor Africans will be asking for refugee status in Europe in the upcoming decades..
But keep thinking it's fake

Terrorism, primarily Islamic terrorism has been going on for a thousand years. 9/11 was nearly 15 years ago LOLLL. This theory is pure garbage. And anyone that adopts this theory as fact is clearly a dumbass. Go ahead and vote for this clown

Bush is also to blame for destabilizing that entire Iraq region through a war bases on false premises and lies. He was planning Iraq invasion couple months before 9/11 took place. There would probably be no ISIS if Iraq wasn't in such turmoil after their military was taken apart by US/other forces. Unintended consequences from a mistake war. Hindsight is 20/20 but that war wouldn't have happened.

Cmon man.
Climate change is one thing. Terrorism is another thing.
The two aren't linked in any meaningful way.

Well there was already an al-qaeda apparently, what's really the difference?
Terrorism has existed for a long time, and it would/will continue to exist despite changing any one particular factor.
Our government, with its nearly endless resources, could easily promote a culture change in the middle east by simply paying off important figures to change the attitudes of the common people. You think we got sheep in our country? Just take a look at the third world. We could pay off tons of Aaytolah's to preach positive stuff about how America is good in the eyes of Islam and blah blah, not to mention we could have just flat out used some of those TRILLIONS spent on the war to better aid some of these countries in very visible ways that will make people want to stay in our good graces.
But big government and big international business thrive off of the fact that terrorism diverts everyone's attention. Plus scared people are obedient people. And war is good for $$$. Doesn't matter which party is in office. They're both on the payroll. They leverage terrorism and welcome it. Flat out.
Think of our government like a drug company. They're vested in TREATING terrorism, not curing it. It's that simple.

Here's the video. http://www.motherjones.com/environme...te-change-isis
"Bernie Sanders opened Saturday night's Democratic debate by vowing to rid the world of ISIS, the terrorist organization that claimed responsibility for killing more than 100 people in Paris Friday. In a follow-up question, moderator John Dickerson pointed out that during a debate last month, Sanders had identified "climate change" as the greatest threat to national security. "Do you still believe that?" asked Dickerson.
"Absolutely," replied Sanders. He added that "of course international terrorism is a major issue that we have got to address today," but argued that "climate change is directly related to the growth of terrorism." Sanders warned that global warming could cause international conflicts "over limited amounts of water, limited amounts of land to…grow crops." You can watch the full exchange above.
Sanders isn't alone in arguing that climate change has the potential to make international conflicts worse. According to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, "Extreme weather, climate change, and public policies that affect food and water supplies will probably create or exacerbate humanitarian crises and instability risks." The Department of Defense says that climate change "poses immediate risks to US national security" and has the potential to exacerbate terrorism. There's also substantial evidence that drought linked to climate change helped spark Syria's civil war."
