I love how Scott is talking about how the team needs to be more unselfish in general while at the same time endorsing the play of the leader and the most selfish player on the team.
I wonder if he realizes that after the Lakers he will never get a head coaching job again. Probably.

He never deserved any respect to begin with.
But anyway, we now cannot say Kobe is not coachable. Byron basically suggested Kobe to continue taking dumb shots and he followed just that.
