Muslims FINALLY Speak Out Against ISIS

As some of you know, I live in the birthplace of religious freedom in America. My neighborhood has been deemed by Harvard/UPenn professors as "perhaps the most extreme case of religious pluralism in the world". Many different races, cultures, religions live on top of each other with virtually no incidences of tension or violence. It's a regular occurrence to see some sort of impromptu religious or cultural parade or event. Today was one such instance- I walked out of a Duane Reade and noticed police barricades and people gathering on an adjacent street.

I noticed a group of Muslims praying on a tarp that was laid out in the middle of the street, and some kids holding familiar flags. I've seen those at many an Islamic religious rite in the neighborhood.



But what really caught my attention was this:



That's the lead car of the procession. Some of the signs read 'Death 2 Daish/ISIS', 'ISIS preaches Murder', and 'Those who support Daish/ISIS terrorism are traitors of peace'.

It took a while, but the Muslims finally got together to condemn radical Islamic terrorism.

Now I will patiently wait for White Christians to do the same with their terrorists.

They're down with Al Qaeda last I checked. So technically, the anti-ISIS propaganda does not conflict with their agenda.

Pretty sure the Christian media in the Western World was speaking out against Breivik since the beginning of Breivik's murder spree. Breivik is universally spoken out against in the Western World.

whites are the one group who always immediately condemn and ostracize their violent criminals .. meanwhile blacks glorify them, constantly defend them and make them into martyrs(mikey brown, tray tray, every other criminal in jail they want 'freed') .. .. muslims I don't know .. it's good to see them protesting here but for the most part, they can't do that shit in their homelands for obvious reasons so it's more complicated with them

What was this all about? Honestly I don't really pay attention to stuff like this since there's always some kind of religious celebration/parade/etc going on around here. Just a part of life in Flushing.
