Tony Allen was #7 in his the big 12 in scoring at 16 ppg. If he wanted to be a beast scorer in any other league beside the NBA he easily could with his physical gifts.

I don't think so. He's not averaging 20 PPG being a spot up shooter since he's slow and a midget and spot up shooting is literally all he can do
