Default Billboard does it again. Another terrible list, this time Top R&B

Billboard recently put out a list of the top ten rappers of All-Time. They have possibly outdone themselves this time, with the top 35 R&B Artist of All-Time.
Lol at some of the people on the list, and at the places they're in. Lol at Sam Cooke at not only #28, but behind Alicia Keys.

2Pac was the biggest omission on that rap list. This time around, no Otis Redding.

Leaving these two off any list in their respect genre is unforgivable and any publication that does it should never be afforded credibility, period.

Kizzle why would you even acknowledge these clown rags by looking these lists up.
