Trump plan adds between 10.1 trillion to 12 trillion
Rubio plan adds between 2.4 trillion to 6.1 trillion
Only Rand Paul creeps into deficit reduction, his dynamic estimate lowers the deficit by .74 trillion, but his static estimate would increase it by 1.8 trillion
To put this in perspective, in order to not add to the deficit,
Trump would have to to cut spending by about 30 percent.
