    Default 2002-2003 Kobe

2002-2003 Kobe was a beast. He was 230 pounds and was very well rounded. 30 ppg 7 rpg 6 apg and 2 spg. Too bad his knees couldn't bare that weight.
If Kobe played at that weight for the rest of his career and stayed healthy then how much better would his career have been? More MVPs? More championships?

Think he was better at his 2005-2006 weight.

No his skills improved and he shot more. 2002-2003 Kobe was more efficient, more rpg, more apg, and was much better defensively.

He seemed slower in the beginning of the year at that weight and it appeared he dropped some as the season went on...at least that is my recollection. I remember him being really slow in preseason and the first few games and thinking he messed up.

He was def more efficient that year tho

Struggled before Shaq came back though.

    First 12g (w/o Shaq) : 29 / 6-apg on .498%TS
