Maybe, Deron Williams kind of screwed over the Jazz a bit and wanted out, but he's still a player that I root for. I get what you're saying though, I just think being a team fan is sticking with your team through highs and lows and not being ashamed of it, kind of like GOBB

I was a sixers fan for like 5 minutes till i swa the lakers in the finals. Kobe became my favorite player ever and cause of him ill be a lakers fan for life

Knick fan first and foremost, although I have disliked many Knick players of yore. I enjoy the sport; I'm a fan of the more cerebral players out there.

I am a Laker fan first, but the games are so hard to watch right now. It's not just that the team is horrible, but I want them to lose so we can keep our pick and hopefully get Ben Simmons.
I can't root for them and it feels wrong watching and hoping they lose.
I've never had to feel this way before, growing up in LA. I guess we're all still adjusting. It sucks.

Have players color,stadium,emblem,culture and history ? Team love has far more deep feels .
