Lawmaker files bill to restrict the distribution of erectile dysfunction drugs
Women's rights! You can't tell us what to do with our bodies! Get government out of our ******s!
Then we see this gem from Democrat Mary Lou Marzian.
FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - A Kentucky lawmaker filed a bill Friday that would limit the distribution of erectile dysfunction drugs. The bill would require men to get consent from their current spouse.
The bill filed by House Representative Mary Lou Marzian, requires health care providers to have two office visits before prescribing an erectile dysfunction drug.
It also requires married men to swear with their hand on the bible that they will only use the prescription when having sexual relations with a current spouse.
A copy of the bill is available here: http://www.wkyt.com/content/news/Law...368638631.html
Isn't it ironic... don't ya think?

Good for the gander: HB 396, by Rep. Mary Lou Marzian, to require 2 doctor visits and pledge of marital fidelity for men to get Viagra. ^JC
Government only needs to be told to stay out when they're in YOUR business. However, when they're not in your business, but rather someone else's, who gives a ****.

This is quite clearly a christian issue, not a political issue.

Based on?
I'm not religious so I don't know if there's some bible verse that prohibits stiffy enhancers.
Or was that sarcasm? Lol

Did you read what you quoted? It's a law that wants men to swear on the Bible that they won't **** women besides their wives with these pills.

Again, I'm not religious, so I have no issue putting my hand on whatever book you want.
I would imagine most others who don't give a **** probably think the same. But then again, there's always a minority who will complain about something.
That wasn't even the part I thought was absurd.

I think (I hope) hes saying this is an issue between a man and his church/faith/religion and not an issue for lawmakers to be involved in.
This story is honestly just nutty.

No, it's not ironic. It's deliberate. Your outrage is exactly her point. She uses the same language used in abortion bills and applies it to men.
