Favorite sport to play, as well as favorite spor to watch.
To play: 1) Basketball 2) Football(soccer)
To watch: 1) Hockey/NHL 2) Football(soccer)
basketball is a much better sport to actually play than watch these days. Excited to spend my sunday relaxing and catching all the nonstop hockey games today.
The college game of basketball is actually way better than the pros, but I can't get into it because I like being able to recognize all of the players. They should take the rules of college basketball and apply it to the pros and it could easily get on the level of the NHL and major Football competitions.

Favorite to play:
1) basketball (I play like tony Allen but I'm no freak athlete. Lost my jump shot at my new gym since we only play half court. My offense at my old gym was midrange to 3 poiint on a 3 second wide open look)
2) tennis (used to play in local tournaments as a kid).
3) football (I can throw pretty far in pickup games and when I used to be a lot quicker, I loved playing cornerback)
Plan To pick up golf
Favorite to watch:
1) basketball
2) football
3 tennis
4) boxing
5) soccer
6) baseball
7) hockey

1. basketball 2. football 3. hockey
1. basketball 2. football 3. hockey
baseball and handegg have too many players that are doing absolutely nothing for long stretches of the game. Sitting in the dugout/bench and laughing with your friends might be a part of the appeal, but I find it a lot less respectable than the other sports I listed.
also I'm not all that excited about college basketball because it appears even MORE happy with chucking up mindless 3s than the pro game now.

Re: Favorite sport to play, as well as favorite spor to watch.
It depends, it depends on game/time of year/whats at stake etc.......
@ the stadium:
1. Basketball (any level, HS, college or but definitely the NBA),
2. Major league baseball - has to be the big leagues I can't **** with HS/College/minor leagues but I love going to MLB games. I'm a Phillies fan btw.
3. Football - football is actually pretty wack to watch in person.
On TV:
1. March madness and NBA playoffs. Playoff hoops >>>>>
2. NFL (I don't actually like College football at all, too many conferences, Bowls etc).
3. College hoops (outside the tournament).
4. NBA regular season.

I don't watch it either. I think it's personally stupid that these kids get glorified to college for playing a sport when they probably don't even graduate. should have a professional youth system like soccer, or even hockey/baseball.
but it has the same appeal as the Euroleague over the Nba.
1) Players are allowed to be MUCH more physical. NBA you cant even touch guys.
2) There is so much more emotion. THe players actually give a shit.
I think the two go hand in hand. Sport competition tends to get more heated the more physical play is allowed. I can count the number of NBA games where the players have cared on one hand. Right now the Golden State warrior games are as close to you get, because everyone goes all out in their attempt to beat them.

Basketball/Basketball
Watched and used to play football throughout my childhood, but I'm a casual fan at best these days.
Tennis is also fun to watch depending on the major/players.

Tell your people to not be such animals in Federer/Djokovic matches, shit was terrible last year, Djokovic fought everyone, cant imagine Federer having any success fighting player and crowd, in such a hostile environment.
Forreal though, US Open are cool as shit.. great tournament, crowd too, if there's a crowd to generally shit on, its the ****in French

For me it's basketball slightly ahead of cricket in both categories. Cricket though is a sport that depends heavily on who is playing and conditions as to whether it will be a good game or not.
